Welcome to Anhedonia, my little corner of the web.
My name's Dave, and at the moment I'm a professional science student. I'm studying for a PhD in Life Sciences at the Dundee University; but don't let that fool you. I'm something of a polymath, and juggle an interest in a range of subjects as well as my own. For examples of my artwork, photography and (if you're lucky) writing, take a look at the art page.
I did my undergraduate degree (a BSc in Neuroscience) at Sheffield University; and was involved in a range of different societies, including Film Unit and the now-defunct USIT committee.
I am a self professed geek, and can usually be found online somewhere; I have a livejournal (where I go under the moniker Confused Dave) if you're interested - although beware, my journal is often dodgy and NSFW.
This site is the culmination of about five years of tinkering with html, under the heading of Confused Dave's Website (which made it through six incarnations - I had a list of them on my last site, but have decided that's just a little too narcissistic to be included here). I eventually decided I wanted a website title that was a little less inane, and have decided to go with anhedonia. and enjoy!
